Our Programs

Hands-on Learning

At our school, we recognize the importance of balancing personal and academic success. Our programs cultivate confidence, critical thinking, community connectedness, well-being, and resilience by offering an educational experience that extends beyond the traditional classroom.

All our programs incorporate Land-based learning, including overnight hiking and canoeing trips. Additionally, students are introduced to various meditation and mindfulness techniques to support their overall well-being. By doing so, we provide education and insight into self-awareness and reflection as valuable tools for managing emotions, reducing stress, and promoting overall mental health. By fostering self-awareness, mindfulness, and self-compassion, these practices empower students to navigate the challenges of adolescence with greater resilience and equanimity.

This real world experiential approach to learning will help improve mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
